Monarch Medical is proud to offer a wide range of amniotic tissue for superior wound care in clinic. Our extensive offerings allow each clinician to select the right fit for their patient and practice. Our manufacturers all offer insurance verification and reimbursement specialist support for all clinicians.
VA and DODs
Monarch Medical has an active SAM registration to do business with all government medical facilities, both VAs and DODs.

Our dual layer amniotic allografts are available in disc size for in-clinic applications, as well as available for surgical application at Sentara, Inova, and Chesapeake Regional.

Nick Pullano, President
Nick founded Monarch Medical in 2016 with the mission of providing quality products and personalized service. He manages the Monarch Medical team and ensures that same level of service is provided to each doctor we encounter. Nick is a graduate of Old Dominion University and a former ODU wrestler. He currently competes as a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and enjoys leading a group Bible study, traveling and spending time with his fiancée. Carly, his German Shepherd, Dino and his Corgi, Shiloh.
Austin Coburn, VP of Sales
Austin Coburn has been with Monarch Medical since its inception. Austin services Northern and Central Virginia and resides in Richmond with his wife Erin and son Calvin. He is an Old Dominion University grad and former ODU wrestler. Austin stays connected to the wrestling community by coaching youth wrestling.
Cara Curling, VP of Communications
In 2020, Cara departed an 11-year career in cheerleading sales and management to work alongside her brother, Nick, at Monarch Medical. Cara focuses on client relations, ensuring we provide a streamlined service and necessary resources to each practice. Cara is a University of Virginia grad, former UVA cheerleading captain, and has two beautiful children with her husband Billy – Bear (8) and Kinley (5). When she’s not working hard for Monarch Medical, you can find Cara at hot yoga or cheering her kids on in their sports and activities.
EJ Jackson, Sales Representative
New to the medical device space, EJ’s experiences in building relationships and excelling within the professional realms of business services, advertisement, and pharmaceuticals sales has allowed him to offer a fresh perspective when developing trust with his customers, whether potential or current. EJ is also a fellow graduate of Old Dominion University (ODU), where he participated in athletics via the Old Dominion Athletic Foundation in donor fundraising and fund management, the Women’s and Men’s NCAA tournament-bound varsity basketball programs as a team manager, and as a lead summer to pre-season intern following graduation in 2015 with the school’s Strength & Conditioning department as a coach to the various varsity teams.
EJ is also a certified personal trainer through NASM, which he practices currently, guiding his clients towards their fitness breakthroughs!
Rachel Kaylor, Sales Representative
Rachel Kaylor joined the Monarch team in 2024. Rachel originated in the field of education and moved to sales in 2017. The past seven years she worked in cheerleading apparel sales as a representative and then as a regional sales manager. Rachel Kaylor is a dedicated account management professional with a proven track record of fostering strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Known for her ability to build trust and rapport, Rachel consistently ensures client needs are understood, addressed, and exceeded. Rachel is a graduate of Appalachian State University and a member of Delta Zeta Sorority where she held the position of VP of New Member Education. She has two amazing boys (Hadyn, 4 and Mason, 1) with her husband Matthew. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, and becoming a sports mom!
Michelle Pullano, Administrative Assistant
Michelle Pullano, mother to Nick and Cara, joined the Monarch Medical team in 2019. Michelle ensures each doctor and facility receives the care and attention needed for streamlined service from start to finish. She loves to see her two children working together and recalling their dreams of being business partners when they were just 4 and 6 years old. A retired teacher, Michelle has been happily married for over 40 years and is a proud Grammy to Bear (8) and Kinley (5).
